On the Road to Recovery
Pete is doing well, eating, drinking and pooping!!! He is confined to an expen and its driving him BANANAS!! The emergency vet is all taken care of now we just need to take care of the vet who did the surgery. I called them today and the doc hasn't signed off on our bill yet and she says to me "Abby, it shouldn't be more than 2 thousand" like that was supposed to be comforting........we have already dropped 550 at the e vet plus the anonymous 300 that someone so generously paid toward our bill =)

So again, just wanted to give everyone a heads up and a shout out of thanks to all of you that help my lil pedro!!
Petey Got to Come Home!!
Pete was eating and pooping which means his intestines are working!!! As i am writing this he is sleeping in his cozy little xpen bachelor pad i made him with tons of pillows and a heat blanket to keep him warm. When we went to go pick him up at the emergency vet clinic SOMEONE, who will remain anonymous, paid our bill!!
I almost cried, and for anyone who knows Abby Cline....I don't cry. I just want to thank this Anonymous person and next time i see them they need to be prepared for lots of bear hugs and kisses from me, john and pedro! i heart this person and everyone else that has donated to help petey, it was so amazing and comforting to know we didn't have to say no to treatments and multiple nights at the emergency vet because of money, we knew it would be ok because of all of you stepping up and pitching in. This is such and incredible group of people it leaves me speechless and teary eyed. Love you all!

Petey, a Disc Dog Rockstar and all around good guy had an intestinal obstruction that required major surgery.
Petey had 9" of his intestine removed and reattached and his recovery is not guaranteed.
Abby is an Art Major @ MN State and positive dog trainer in the Fargo/Moorhead area.
We would like to raise funds to help abby cover the veterinary costs.
